Jason and I were so happy with everything that you,Steve, and your staff did for us that day. Everything
went exactly as planned and I would not have changed a thing. I actually had a great time at my own wedding
and not many brides are able to say that! Your attention to detail as well as the comfort of our
guests was above and beyond what was expected. We received so many wonderful compliments on your
service- many people appreciated the bartenders especially. They kept up and accommodated everyone,
even my sister in law who asked for a mojito. The food was so great and many guests told me they had
never had better food at a wedding. Thank you so much, I would highly recommend you and
Steve to anyone. The special touches you added with decor and your friendliness to our guests made it seem
like we had our friends helping us, rather than a service. We truly appreciate everything you did and
are still talking about it!

I just wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you and all of your staff for
doing a fantastic job at my retirement party on the 3rd of May 2008. Your
crew was professional, polite and right on the mark with the food and service.
They arrived on time, set up and cooked a super spread totally independent of
all the last minute details we were dealing with trying to get things ready
for the start of the party. That aspect alone was a huge help and one that we
really appreciated. The food was great and the guest were blown away! Your
crew kept a close watch on all the food needs and their clean up and exit was
conducted in a courteous and very smooth manner. They were truly in tune
with the guests and their needs.

As I said, they are true professionals, that I would recommend to anyone
looking to host a great party. Please pass our thanks on to everyone that

Steve and Tammy Holden are amazing! Their whole team was fantastic. We used them to
cater our rehearsal and wedding, including rentals and wedding planning. Tammy made our
entire event happen, and Steve was available the entire year I planned the wedding. There
staff was professional, provided great service and there was never a line for the bar! The
food was to die for, both nights and at such a great cost. We did a lot of comparison shopping
and this was not only the best service for the price, but the best service I have experienced.
I am still in contact with Steve and Tammy a month after my wedding- I feel I made two
great friends in the process. What a relief to be a bride who could enjoy every moment, they
made this a What a flawless wedding we had!

I really wanted to bring a casual, picnic feel to the wedding and
nothing did that better than a tasty BBQ on-site. The
Smokehouse Grill was endlessly patient with me while I ironed out
the details of my guest list and menu. They were on-time,
professional and make some damn fine BBQ. There was waaaayyyy
more food than I paid for, so there was never a risk of running out
provided awesome service!

We just had to write to tell you how much we appreciated your great service in catering our post rehearsal
dinner in Cambridge MD. Being from south Carolina we had to arrange all of this by phone and Internet, so we
really weren't sure just what we would be getting! We needn't have worried! Your staff arrived on time,they
were efficient in their set up and so thorough! You remembered every little detail! The food was fabulous and
everyone commented on how delicious it all was. The Generous portions were amazing. The BBQ was outstanding

Dear Steven,
I wanted to send you an e-mail saying how wonderful the evening of April 3rd went. The food was awesome!
Everyone at the event was very happy with the amount of food and the quality.I was extremely happy with the
staff you sent. The guys were very polite and kept the trays full for the guests. The experience shows on how
well everything was orchestrated. They arrived on time and took over and I was not worried about anything!
I was a little nervous because we did not get a chance to do the taste testing. But that all went away when i
saw the meats and sides prepared. I cannot wait to refer you to many other people.In addition we are now

Two words for Smokehouse Grill. Absolutely Perfect! My daughter scheduled her wedding for June 11, 2011. We live on the
Chesapeake Bay and arranged through Tammy and Steve of Smokehouse Grill to cater and provide all services. The tent for
120 went up on June 9th and because of a severe storm, came down on June 10th. I called Tammy and advised that the tent
had collapsed. Tammy's response "Don't worry we'll make it perfect". That they did! My daughter's wedding was PERFECT. The
food was fantastic - prime rib and crab cakes. EVERY SINGLE guest was absolutely delighted. Everything was prepared fresh
and on-site. Tammy and Steve think of, and take care of, every single detail. I am the mother of a very happy bride. Thank you
Tammy and Steve. See you in four years when Daughter #2 graduates from college!
